Bin placement

All skip bins must be placed within your driveway or property boundary. Darebin Skip Bin Hire does not provide council permits, so bins cannot be placed on public roads or nature strips.

Hire duration

Bins are hired for a minimum of 5 days, up to a maximum of 10 days. The day of delivery and Sundays are not counted in your hire period. If you require an earlier pickup, choose our Load and Go service or request an early pickup (additional charges apply).

Pricing

Prices shown apply to light green waste and household waste only. Heavier and renovation waste will incur extra costs, quoted on a per-tonne basis due to tip fees and location.

Prohibited items

We cannot accept food waste, poisons, paints or liquids, paint tins, gas bottles, asbestos, and chemical waste in solid, liquid or powder form. Insulation must be bagged and labelled. Mattresses and tyres are allowed but incur a surcharge.
